Individual

Life Styles Inventory (LSI)

Measures 12 “styles” of thinking that drive behaviors, attitudes and actions. Insights lead to strategies to improve overall effectiveness (self-development guide included).

Stress Processing Report (SPR)

Helps individuals understand the control they have over the stressors in their lives. The strategies developed go beyond mere coping techniques. SPR measures such thinking styles as Self Image, Locus of Control, Confidence and Openness.

Leadership

Leadership Jump-start

Four hours of executive coaching are combined with the LSI (Life Styles Inventory) identifying 12 thinking styles that impact behaviors, actions and choices.

Stylus Leadership Report

A comprehensive 40-50 page report (computerized) gives insight into the true nature of the individual (strengths and development opportunities) and the tools to achieve a better future.

Stylus 360° Feedback

To increase interpersonal effectiveness, the focal individual receives confidential behavioral feedback from five peers (an average). A profile supplement compares self-perception with “others” scores in 12 styles impacting overall effectiveness. This report may be customized for larger samplings and in double or triple report format.

Leadership/Impact (L/I)

(Middle to Senior Management)
This computerized 360° report provides strategies for creating a constructive work environment by providing information on:

  • leaders impact on others—measures how leadership style effects co-workers style; measures the ideal impact the leaders would like to have and then compares ideal with actual
  • leadership strategies—10 leadership domains are measured and feedback is provided (envisioning, monitoring, role modeling, providing feedback, mentoring, reinforcing, stimulating thinking, influencing, referring, creating a setting)

Management Effectiveness Profile System (MEPS)

(Supervisory to Middle Management)
MEPS is a computer generated self and 360° competency measurement addressing management competency and fourteen management skills (compares with the results of 4200+ managers). It measures:

Task skills: problem solving, time management, planning, goal setting, performance leadership, organizing

People skills: team development, delegation, participation, integrating differences, providing feedback

Interpersonal skills: stress processing, maintaining integrity, commitment

Group Styles Inventory(GSI)

Groups can be effective and constructive or nonproductive and even counterproductive. This assessment measures how your group measures up. It shows how groups work toward enhanced cooperation and communication, heightened innovation and stronger consensus
