Group process consulting is similar to team coaching in that coaches facilitate meaningful dialogue to assist groups in accomplishing set-out objectives. The key factor in this process is shifting operating behavior by helping team members identifying obstacles to optimum performance and interpersonal effectiveness. This approach works best with teams that lack cohesiveness, are breaking down or demonstrate dysfunctional behaviors.
